To be honest though, I give up some freedoms for the trade off of safety but…..WITHIN REASON! That’s the problem, incrementally we’ve given away so much freedom for such little safety or better good. We’ve become ok with the erosion of our freedoms to the point we will do what we’re told as long as “they” convince us it’s for our own good. That’s scary! And I’m guilty of thinking, this isn’t so bad, just comply. But the target keeps moving. That’s how we lose our freedom. We give it away! But now with the obsession that I must be vaccinated…….my antenna are higher than ever! Covid is providing a very useful tool for tyranny to advance and Democrats are taking full advantage of it. Much like they do with every shooting to chip away at our 2nd amendment rights. Shameful. |
