It's not that hard to understand.

Bretton Wood's Agreement is an agreement of countries colluding to make the $us the world reserve currency.

It's fact as far as I know.

Numerous countries work together via a central planning authority to ensure the $us maintains a predetermined position in the world. All these countries do this via operations undertaken by their respective central banks, often at the detriment to the citizens of those countries. And since this can't be done by a bunch of central banks operating independently, it must be coordinated.

Once again,
This is not free markets, this is not capitalism, this is not independent entities, this is not central banks pursuing policy that benefits their citizens.

It is actually well documented fact how the world works. Bretton Wood's Agreement is the reference at this moment.

But I suppose it is extremely hard to understand because the teeeveee does not tell you how the world works. And if it's not on tv, then it must not be true. That is how most people determine what is fact or fiction. If it comes from the tv news you must believe it to be fact. Which is very different from a time when adults told kids not to beleive everything on tv.
