Subject: RE: Double crop for grazing?

NW Missouri
The guys I know that plant sorghum sudan every year usually double it up with forage wheat. I don't know about how it would work that much further north - but it seems to work good here most years. They told me one time why they preferred forage wheat to tritcale, but I don't remember what the reason was. They usually wet wrap both crops instead of grazing them though.
