Come on in, buy some silos,but up some hog sheds, buy those farms. Well crap hit the fan. Bank examiners got strict. Land prices went down. Debt to asset ratios went in the tank. The guy who was a nice banker is now an a- hole. Unless you own the bank, your say now means little. Like I say walk lightly. Available equity. Cash,grain,etc is king.
