| I like roast duck but you couldn't give me a goose., meat is dark & greasy My grandpa wanted goose years ago. He bought one & my wife cooked it. He slammed it was good, after he & grandma left we gave the rest to the dog. Dog wouldn't eat it.. Have friends that love to goose humt. They give what they shoot to one guy who makes Jerry out of it.
