NW IA | My wife did one in a roasting pan in the oven several years ago and it was so good I wanted to do it again but haven't ever done it.

We got the farm raised goose from a neighbor and I believe the key was that it was a very young goose.
I have done 2 turkeys in the Traeger that were excellent, but both were under 13 pounds. I have read that larger carcasses are harder to cook evenly. | |
