Good comments and perspective Bill.  As I have gotten older the quality of life has become more of a consideration than length of life,  if I were faced with this decision.  Have seen folks take treatments and lived longer than expected, some have not.  My major concern would be what I could expect to feel like if taking treatments and the length of time it would likely extend my life.   I don't trust doctors and hospitals on matters like this as much as I used to.
