probably, because there are a lot more dads using their kids name to farm ground to split up entities and spread out the tax burden and a fresh new maximum at the FSA office, some are even using them for beginning farmer loans, most these kids wouldn't have much of a clue how to do anything on the farm on their own if they even had half an interest in it. It must feel great knowing your parents value you for the additional financial opportunity you bring to their business. Likely that is where the relationship ends if that is how they are valued, but I'm sure the farm provides them new vehicles and other benefits dad can write off the tax bill.
