Both young men were ASKED to do tasks, told they could RENT the ground if they did the tasks. In the end they were all lies, $$$ is the driver in AG. Both young men missed the opportunity to add ground that could give them critical mass to help their farms. Instead both of them are out time and money with nothing to show for it other than the feeling that they "did the right thing."
