Farmington, Mo | I’d say a lot of it depends on if you know this person very well or not. If you don’t know them from Adam, your probably not going to be well received especially if the individual is not ready to quit!
It’s tricky to manufacture your own opportunities…a lot of times, the ones you get come straight out of thin air and the ones you think are a given never materialize.
If you do broach the subject maybe you could start by saying that you believe a man should be able to do what he wants with his land absolutely as long as he is able to, but whenever the day comes that he decides to quit, you would be interested in talking about whatever type of arrangement he would like to see.
