ESW ND		I think it was '11. First time was 14 days and about a month later was 21 days. That winter was brutal. The linesmen/women worked in some absolute TERRIBLE conditions to try and put poles back in. That's the most expanding foam that I've ever seen used. So far the foam is still holding the poles up.
We all *itch cuz the power goes out, but we don't thank and appreciate the people that get the electricity bad on for us. I can't imagine trying to go put poles in frozen ground and start tying up or having to sting new electric line in 15-40mph winds and windchills in the -xxF factor. They just aren't appreciated near enough!
