For a couple hundred bucks I got a guy down the road with dogs horses and ropes, in that order, that will not fail to catch and put on trailer headed to local sale barn.
The dogs are the secret, especially the stop dogs if she is really rank. They hook onto flesh and dont let go until cow is hobbled on the ground.
Better then rifle. Might not have a guy like that where you are though
