Glasgow, Ky | I'll take a different angle on the motor. Thinking the 2388 has an 8.3 Cummins. Lots of them available out of salvage machines. Taking your time and doing some investigating can probably find a good one for around $3,500. Even if you had someone change them out for you it wouldn't be too bad vs an overhaul or reman.
