SE Michigan | A machine of that vintage should be easy to find an independent guy to repair most of the stuff on you list. Like another posted said, no shame in admitting there is some stuff you cannot handle. There is a lot of things that some will say are "easy" DIY's, but like you indicated, without the right tools (shop / hoist / etc...) it will be next to impossible especially if you never done "that" before. My vote is for keep and fix, it's hard to find a machine (replacement) that is not someone else's problem child that you could dump even more into to get going. | |
