NW Iowa | You can do a very large percentage of the work on your 2388 under the shade tree just fine. Lots of combines are worked over in the field. Just spread a tarp under you to catch falling nuts, bolts and springs and you are good to go. I spent hundreds of hours under the open sky wrenching on 2388’s on the wheat harvest. A shade tree was a luxury I did not have available to me. Replacing that PTO in 110 degree sun was one of the more memorial times though. | |
