They terminated the previous agreement, to me it's gone. If you are still interested in farming it I'd make an offer more in line with what others have offered. Seems you have been overpaying. Apparently your relationship with the children isn't as good as you thought it was. If they had come back to you after the bogus $375 offer didn't happen maybe I'd consider reinstating the previous offer but they shopped it around indicating that they didn't care to rent it to you.
