We grind our own wheat with grandma's old mill but we don't use much bread. Wife makes a batch of no-knead sourdough once a month or so. Usually 6 rolls for BLT's or hamburgers, and 6 apple cinnamon rolls. 1/2 wheat flour, 1/2 rolled oats or wheat berry....James
