according to people who know: all commercial flours except King Arthur have bromides( whiteners, modifiers)-which are toxic to humanity. ONLY non-bleached, unbromated flour should be used. The information I received was that only King Arthur was safe.
Our store-bought foods are loaded with toxins.

After reading crop talk the other day with guys wanting to use paraquat for desiccation. I'm about scared to eat any bread for fear of cancer, leukemia, or any other life threatening disease I might get. I don't really think any crop that is to be eaten for human consumption should be allowed chemical desiccation.
