Kettle Moraine, WI | It is a matter of one opinion.an interesting thing I read awhile ago was the general shift in the connotation on spices. Today's generation likes varied spices and herbs. Earlier generations have more disdain for them because sometimes it was lack of access to them but the biggest reason was years ago with less food safety spices were added to cover up bad food and make it palatible. So the mind connected spicy food to bad food cover-up. | |
