| Much of that map is Yellow, or D0 (abnormally dry.) We've had big yields in years when we were in the yellow. Some more is D1 (moderate drought.) That's not good, there is yield reduction there, but you should still have some crop. Now, as for the guys in the darker area, we've been there too and that's no fun. Couple that with the low prices and it's painful for those folks. 2012 was full of the d3 and d4, Red and Brown, and that may be coming, but isn't there yet. | |
