I'm definitely interested in this year's yield results from these plots. Every time I have priced that product, I calculate that I can buy just as much N in pelleted poultry litter and get P, K, and micros at the same time. Haven't made a whole farm average above 200 yet though, so maybe I'm missing out on something putting it all on up front.
Pelletized poultry litter is the most expensive poultry litter. It’s got some distinct advantages to non-pelletized. It flows well and would be easy to side dress with the right equipment. |
