Governor made wearing masks in public mandatory as I understand it. Just heard it on the radio late afternoon yesterday.

New Mexico was mandatory when we went thru there in May.
Maybe certain cities but not the state. I have worked in five states since the pandemic started. I spent 2 weeks in NM in May. Of all the places I have been since this started in NM I saw the least concern for the virus. I was in Carlsbad. I don't think I saw a single person wearing a mask the entire time I was there.
