The problem comes when US citizens buy a “product of Canada” thinking it’s a product of Canada, but it’s actually a product of México, or worse. Just because it’s packaged in Canada, they shouldn’t be able to say it’s a “product of Canada”. Very deceptive.
Deaner , not just deceptive , its illegal---CFIA has cracked down on them and like Tom says ,now it will be product of x ,packed in x , or grown in x....check veggie section at Meijers,Kroger,ect....Mastron has big Mi. greenhouse, Naturefresh in Oh.,.......IDK why u guys don't grow your own veggies/ The greenhouse guys here say biggest obstacle they have in US production is labor ,here they bring in 1,000's on 8 month work visa's |
