People have been taught to be afraid of the sun because of cancer. But the bad skin cancer, the one that actually kills, studies actually show less cancer in the subjects that got more sun instead of less.

I have a good friend that while in Bonaire she stays covered up with a light jacket to avoid the sun and plasters herself with sun screen she is so afraid of skin cancer. Sun screen cuts out the portion of the sun that is beneficial for vitamin D and does nothing for the rays that actually cause problems. Can't remember which is which, A or B. I think that information is in one of the videos I linked with Ivor Cummins. She is likely causing herself more problems than she is solving. But we have been taught to fear the sun.
