Last night is the first I ran across it. I had never went to his web site and had not found it on Youtube (I'm sure it is there).
He keeps it simple. You don't have to get bogged down in details for the program to work.
Another Keto expert that keeps it simple with the phrase "keto without the crazy" is Amy Berger. She gets a little wordy at times but for people that like a personal touch and just good basic recomendations she is pretty good. As I recall she is a liscensed nutritionist.
