I am a John Deere guy but run the red combines. We used to run green. Probabably won't go back in the foreseeable future. I have to disagree about the Deere having a better engine. That 466 International is probably one of the most reliable engines ever built. I agree with most of the rest of the posts so far! Good luck. I would push a pencil to it pretty hard though on 150 acres. Don't forget time and harvest efficiency. A head that is in poor shape can leave a lot of crop in the field too. If you really want to harvest your own just because you want to, I think that has some value too!
