So you were less than 1 bu better on ground with manure and similar programs? I understand there was mule compaction, but standard DM Lobe tillage probably handles that. So it was even less productive than I thought. I don’t know the Hoskins guy but I hope this was one of your trials and he didn’t get charged the full application cost. That is where I get the 6-7 bu difference. I’ve heard as high as $22/ac difference between you (local guy from the stories I’ve heard) and the coop running NH3 and broadcast P&K. That is 6.5 bu based on current cash price at the local coop. Just looking at ROI which is somewhat of a big deal in the current market situation....
