As interest rates rise, cap rates should not go down.

Insane is putting it nicely.

I bought our second farm to be able to set up a base of operation for our farm. Bins/ Dryer/Shop/Machinery storage/Water tanks for spraying and What not... i jist don’t see how it’s realistic to buy land to just farm C/B rotation on it and think we’ve done something smart about investing right now
