Kooiker, I have had it explained to me that all the intense livestock feeding operations is what drives the land price in NW Iowa---it is not grain farming. It was explained some people need the land to expand their livestock operations and need the dirt to spread manure on to meet their manure management plans. Would you agree or disagree with this statement-----always trust your answers....

Living close to and knowing a group of people unfortunately makes one dabble into stereotypes.

I’ll deprt with this chart. Not saying one bad word about the heritage, they sure can keep a lawn looking nice!
