| In the nearby there was a quarter that sold for a tad over 10,000 in 2012. It was one year earlier that my brother got a better quarter a mile away for about 5,000 by the time he got it irrigated. The quarter across the road from my brothers brought 9200 in 2014. The last comparable half section within a few miles no saled for around 6,000 a year or so ago but they might have agreed to something after the fact. There is very little ground on the market within 10 miles of us in the last few years. | |
