I thought it was decent since the previous owner paid around $7500 for it. Square piece with decent tile. Dad ended up with it. Turns his 40 into an 80 and butts up to my 80.

This can't be jtp. I thought land never went down in value. A lot of old timers parking thier money in real estate thinking its a good investment are gonna have a rude awakening in the future I do believe.
