Red River Valley | why in God's Green Earth would I rent??
It must be a "here" thing but land values are dropping -- No sales at $3000.00 per acre under summer of 13 values are a drop in land prices - its just that the seller is not willing to accept this drop in prices yet.
My guess is most thought they could still get the rents they were getting in 2013-14 and from the sounds of it you think that also.
so they no sale it and rent it out for well above equivalent value as somebody will always chase land values at least until they have burned up all equity> | |
