west central MN | I think your post the other day on land rents was quit interesting also. I am surprised at all the guys that seem like they will burn though their equity rather then address the high rental rates. I will let rented land go before I will farm it knowing that I will lose money, luckily I have some very good landlords. There are some cases around me were rent is going up by new guys bidding up the old rent. It will be interesting to see if the landlords get paid for all 3 years of their new high priced leases. |
