SW Minnesota | Why would the retailers drop their prices if every farmer in the neighborhood is still out there paying for their products like it was 2012. They don't have to drop their prices any. Neither does a landlord. We're still paying them! I know it isn't fair, but some idiot is still out their paying crazy rents and that is why the prices aren't coming down. Why should a landlord that is looking for top dollar take less when he can get more? Tighten your belts fellas, and wait for those crazy spenders to weed themselves out.
It isn't the landlords that don't have a clue, it's the idiots paying their price. We're the ones paying what they're asking for. Some guys need to learn to walk away. If you can't walk away from your overpriced land because you've got a shed full of brand new equipment that you can't pay for without it, there is going to be something leaving the farm soon. | |
