rather than bled through all the built up equity, he should have been advocating multiple sources of income. if this extends out for several years, and all the equity is gone then what?
Then we have the 80's
everybody wants to say because of the Insurance and the low Interest rates we can not have an 80's again
fact of the matter is it may take a little longer but both Insurance and Interest savings are already bid into the price of land.
and it became quit obvious in my post the other day that virtually nobody is willing to touch the Price of land for fear of losing it.
If that changes before we get to far down the road than I will concede that the 80's will not repeat - if instead the sentiment remains that no way do I try to re-price land values than I will stay with the thought that we will burn equity until we are in a 80's debacle.
hope I am wrong but to date nothing show's me anything different.
