The art and science of telling a lie.

From the remarks it appears the author has the science of lying down pat.

To make a lie work requires some truth. It appears to me the first third of the "Text" is mostly truth.

The second third of the Text is split more or less evenly.

The last third is where the lie is. It has a smattering of truth for appearances and some whoppers.
Agenda Driven Whoppers.

I have said earlier that much of the "Dust Bowl" scenes should have never been taken out of forages, Perennial forages.

I saw little or no mention of the dust we collect from the Sahara Desert and the Goby Desert.
