I'm just doing high heat for a bit then turn down to 350 or so. I think I have some of those bags somewhere. Might get fancy and try that.
We had an accident at harvest. My wife was run over by the auger tractor. I thank God it was only a 60 horse. She's doing well but still on heavy blood thinners so I try do do as much as I can in the kitchen. We've always had the traditional split of duties and I sometimes get in over my head.
