Kstate90, if the bank is married to the end, as you say, how do they get it past the bank examiners, dont bank examiners make the descion for the bank? Or can the bank overrule the examiners?
The bank has Secured Debt, they are fine. Only the unsecured ones are affected in the bankruptcy.
