frederick, MD | <p>no I can't take the farm house off the farm. I know renting has its hassles, I have delt with some. Some of the farms I rent come with the house, because the land owner does not want the headache. But like the other guy said, it about finding the right tenant for the house even if you get less rent. I have one house I rent cheap because its a hole in the wall and the teneat has only called me to fix somthing 1 time in 10 years. That was when he needed a new furnace. He went and bought the furnace and put it in himself, did a good job. And I just took it off the rent. Perfect renter for that house</p> | |
