Build new. Anybody that has ever remodled a house tell me that after the fact. One thing you have plans for the house an think you have everything figured out an then run in to things you didnt expect.My house is 110 years old an remodeled once. When the time comes I will put a new one up. If I stuck money in to the old one it wouldnt be far away from a new one.
