frederick, MD | Yes house rent is taxable of course, but it would just be thrown in with al the other farm income. Rents are high here. We are 1 hour from washington dc and live in a pretty nice town. The house would rent for 1400 with paint. Upgraded it would rent for 2000. Is being a general contractor for a house that much differant the being a GC for freestall and heifer barns and milking parlors. I have done all that. Get plans, bid out work, then check on contractors. Am I missing something? | |
