Originally you said pasture is "getting broke up." Now you say you want to "notill beans."
If you are going to spray it off and no till beans, you wont have any problems. I dont even see a point in asking them. If you think it might have never been farmed, you may have to do something with "sodbusters." Signing something that says you wont ever till it.
