Holly Island, AR | First of all, does your field have a crown that was made on the top in, or is it just level. It sounds like it must be sandier, to sandy loam soil, that's where I have had truble in the past. I figure this because your punching such a big hole, that will cause more soil to be moved around. What I have found, is if there is a crown, or "burm" this remedies the problem for me. Tall beds will help with the problem to, are you on the flat, or bedded? | |
