The funny thing is this was THE year to strip till, we have never had soil temeratures this hot here, one official recording of 117 degrees at 2" depth. Killed what emergence the dry weather didn't. Seed sat there and cooked. Was NOT the year to be late.
Cover crop choice. What criteria do you use to make it?
