Oklahoma
Saw an article where ARS is designing a litter injector. I have talked with some folks about the compressing and even one company that wanted to "pellet" the litter. That stuff doesn't come cheap. I am still wondering why this stuff can't be put on a rail car and dumped. Company I worked for in high school a few years back built a rail siding to haul in rock and I am wondering why litter couldn't be shipped in the same way from anywhere.

I still believe that the Illinios River problem has a lot to do with Tulsa and industry but the farmers are getting blamed. Too convient for the politicians to look the other way when there is a million voters in the area.
