Honestly, I would put nothing but RV antifreeze in it. The peace of mind is worth it. I’ve heard stories of sprayers coming up north here from NE or somewhere a bit milder in climate with windshield washer fluid used to winterize and major components have been ruined. It is too cold to gamble with in up in my area
