Seems wild to read this thread this early to me. I don't believe I've even sprayed a 1/4 of the acres I'll cover this year. We do plant wheat, other crops, and fallow though. I just barely feel like I've got the sprayer warmed up right now.
Not sure about his operation but I have one I winterize end of May every year. We run ATS and Nitrogen with our corn burndown and ATS with the bean burndown. When I bought my Hagie I kept our Bestway Field Pro 4 to run all the corrosive burndown then it gets cleaned up, coated with diesel/oil, winterized and put away till next year. That Hagie's too expensive to run that corrosive crap and ruin.
