Central PA | Tedbear, i did use the ARM for a flow meter input while spreading fertilizer, but using a prox sensor (dickey john, rebranded to deere), but just a sprocket on a slow apron chain was just to slow to get a stable signal for mapping. electronics is my wheelhouse so i am aware of the pullup resistor needed in some applications, and am not afraid to try anything for a workaround. thanks for the info. the implement switch is very handy for keeping records of all field operations whenever we do a tillage pass, or application, or planting or cultivating. we use a lot of 3pt equipment so reading the hitch works well. we do organic and involved in some soil health research so the records are pretty important. | |
