In addition to what tedbear said, have you gone to diagnostics to make sure that the display is seeing the App Rate Module connected to CAN A? That would be the first thing I would check. If not, then check the tractor harness, implement harness, CAN stub, CAN tees, CAN terminators, etc., to make sure that everything is securely connected and not corroded.
