I did find that the app rate module was not supplying +12 v. apparently internal failure. i did a workaround like you did ted by feeding +12v from another source to the the implement switch and when it closes put 12 v back to the signal wire pin B on the 3 pin weatherpack. must be some internal fuse on that +12 v line as the module otherwise sends the switch signal back on the can bus.
If the were not potted it could be a simple repair.
too bad this module is no longer supported as it is a simple solution for implement switches. | |
